Текст на филма
- Making a battery passport with MyProductPassport
- Fernway Cycles, a fictional e-bike brand, starts with an empty workspace.
- First, add the product: its name, SKU and brand.
- Pick the Batteries sector, and the passport follows the EU Battery Regulation.
- Then create its passport in one click.
- It starts empty. The fastest way to fill it: read the manufacturer’s datasheet.
- This is the datasheet for the FX-36 battery.
- Upload it. Reading usually takes 10 to 30 seconds.
- It proposes a value for each field the document covers.
- Every value shows the exact words it came from, so you can check it.
- Untick or edit anything, then apply.
- Most of the passport is now done. The list shows what is still missing.
- Carbon footprint and recycled content usually come from your suppliers.
- Send them a private link. Nothing reaches the passport until you approve it.
- Once you approve their answers, the passport is complete. Publish it.
- It is live, with its own QR code and public page.
- The address and QR code never change, so printed labels keep working after edits.
- Each battery gets its own passport and QR code, as the Battery Regulation requires.
- Print the labels, one for each battery.
- Anyone can scan the label with their phone camera.
- The passport opens straight away, with no app to install.
- In the reader’s own language.
- Composition, dismantling and spare-parts data stay restricted. You decide who sees them.
- Bring in a whole range from Shopify, WooCommerce or a spreadsheet.
