Send your datasheets, certificates or a spreadsheet; we fill in every field your sector needs and leave the passports as drafts for you to publish. Your first one is free, and from 100 passports they are €10 each.
We prepare your company’s enrolment in the EU DPP Registry and walk you through verification. The qualified seal is bought separately in your company’s name; EU providers sell them from about €210 a year.

What is a Digital Product Passport (DPP)?
A DPP is a digital record containing key information about a product's materials, sustainability, and lifecycle. The EU's Battery Regulation requires them for EV, LMT and industrial batteries above 2 kWh from 18 February 2027, and ESPR will require them product group by product group.
When do the ESPR deadlines start?
Battery passports are mandatory from 18 February 2027 under the Battery Regulation. For other products, ESPR sets dates product group by product group, and the first are expected from 2028.
What is GS1 Digital Link?
GS1 Digital Link encodes product identifiers (like GTINs) into URLs, enabling QR codes that resolve to different content types. MyProductPassport generates them automatically for products with a GTIN.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. The free tier covers up to 5 products and 5 published passports, with full DPP generation, QR codes and API access, so you can see exactly what you get before you pay. No credit card required.
Can you build the passports for us?
Yes. Send your datasheets, certificates or a spreadsheet and we build the passports for €15 each (€10 each from 100), leaving them as drafts for you to check and publish. Your first passport is free.
What if I have more batteries than my plan covers?
On the Business and Battery plans you can add individual battery passports in packs of 10,000 for €24 a month each, from your subscription page, at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. The change takes effect straight away, and the unused time on your old plan is credited against your next invoice.
