After-sales

After the sale, the passport keeps working

Owner registration, warranties, repair requests and authenticity checks, from the same QR code as your Digital Product Passport. No extra app and no extra system.

What owners can do from the passport

Each is switched on product by product, and everything they see carries your name, logo and colours, in their own language.

Register and activate the warranty

One short form. The owner confirms by email and gets their own owner page, a warranty countdown and a certificate to download.

Starter and above

Ask for a repair, with photos

Repair, warranty claim, take-back, parts or a question: each arrives in your dashboard with the owner's details and warranty, and your reply goes back by email.

Starter and above

A reminder before the warranty ends

One email 30 days before, so a fault is reported while it is still covered.

Starter and above

Check it is genuine

Each item has a hidden code under its label. Anyone can check it on the item's page, and you are told when a serial turns up in too many places.

Professional and above

Tap a secure NFC tag

NTAG 424 DNA tags sign every tap, so a copied link is caught. Download the key file for your tag supplier from the dashboard.

Professional and above

Pass it on

Selling it on? The owner hands it over with a one-time link, and the warranty goes with it if you allow.

Professional and above

One dashboard for every owner and request

After-sales sits next to your passports, so the product, its items, its owners and their requests are in one place.

  • Owners with their warranty, and whether they agreed to hear from you, ready to export
  • Service requests in one inbox, with photos, internal notes and statuses
  • Every email sent in your name and colours, in the customer's language
  • Webhooks and an API for items, owners and requests
  • Everything included in your export if you ever move provider

Under the Right to Repair Directive (EU) 2024/1799, which Member States apply from 31 July 2026, manufacturers of washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerating appliances, electronic displays, vacuum cleaners, mobile and cordless phones, tablets, tumble dryers, servers, welding equipment and goods with light means of transport batteries must repair them at the consumer's request (Article 5), and make information on their repair services available free of charge in a clear, accessible way (Article 6).

A repair button on each product's passport, with every request arriving in your dashboard, is a simple way to offer and record it. It helps you meet these duties; it does not replace them.

Questions

Who holds my customers' details?

You decide how they are used, and we hold them for you under our Data Processing Agreement. Your privacy notice is linked on every form and email, and owners can erase their own registration.

Is it switched on for my passports already?

No. Everything stays off until you switch it on, product by product.

Which products can use it?

Products in every sector except batteries, which have their own individual battery passports.

What happens to printed codes if I change plan?

Items keep their pages, QR codes and owners. Adding items, the authenticity check and transfers need Professional.
